Could not be more be more pleased with Vans Tire Pros East Market - these guys are awesome. I flew up to Ohio from Tennessee to purchase a truck and chose to have my third party inspection done here. I was lucky to work with Robert. He was incredibly kind and extremely thorough in our conversations. Obviously being from the south my main concern was rust, and after the inspection was complete Robert ensured to me that the undercarriage/frame was in exceptional condition and although they were not affiliated or partners, he informed me that the dealer that I was purchasing from was the most reputable dealer in the area. I had some questions after I had purchased and drove back home to Tennessee the following day and gave them a call and spent 10 minutes on the phone with Robert again. He took his time to talk through my questions and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Vans. Whether you live in the area or are just passing through, I HIGHLY recommend these guys - you won’t regret it.

I reached out to get 2 new tires for a car I recently purchased. I had lugnut locks and no key, the told me it would cost $278.00 to get the lugnuts off without damaging the rim . I took the vehicle to a body shop, they took the locks off without a key in seconds. Realizing any competent tire shop should have been able to get the locks off without exhorbitant labor costs made me forego purchasing tires with them. The body shop saved me and additional $80 on the tires. I believe Van attempted to inflate the costs on me because I showed up in a really nice BMW and I am a woman. I will not be doing business with them again.

Stopped and talked with John Pritt at Vans . Discussed several options for tires. He got me in within 2 days and the work was done as estimated. Good price and they delivered as promised. Great first time experience at Vans Auto on Market street. All personnel were friendly and helpful. I will be using them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

recently purchased a new set of rims and had them installed, and the entire experience was excellent. Erin was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to help me choose the right rims and making sure they were the perfect fit for my vehicle. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The installation was completed professionally and everything looks great. I'm very happy with the final result and appreciate Erin's outstanding customer service. Thank you for making the process easy and stress-free!

Vans Tire has been amazing throughout the process. They matched my price with simple tire online, I got the three-year roadside protection, and they waive my credit card fee at the end. Jordyn and Nick are awesome! Do whatever you can to keep them around!
